Every child’s welfare is of paramount importance to us. We aim to provide each child with a happy and secure environment, in which to learn and develop. Teachers have primary responsibility for the children in their class, both as individuals and as a group. The structure of our school allows children to make good friends across the classes and be known to all full-time teachers and assistants.

We believe that relationships should be based on mutual respect, trust, caring and consideration for others. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable and we have a clear Anti-Bullying policy (available on the website). In the unlikely event that bullying does occur, all children should feel able to tell an adult at school and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively.
