One of our four houses, Earhart, raised £922 for the FARA Foundation through their t-shirt making and fashion show. The children expressed themselves and were incredibly creative with the resources they used to up-cycle their t-shirts. FARA informed us of donations and purchases being made in their local shops and are grateful for all the support from our PGP community. ‘Fara’ means ‘without’ in Romanian and with our support we have contributed towards providing families with education, shelter and food. Well done to everyone for your courage, creativity, generosity and fashion flair.

Last academic year the children in our four houses selected Under One Sky (Earhart house), Starlight (Shackleton house), The Daisy Trust (Williams house) and Riding for the Disabled (Attenborough house) as the charities they wanted to support. Each house held various fundraising events and, thanks to the generosity of our parent community, the children raised a total of £1,595. Well done everyone!
