Bikeability is a cycle training programme for primary schools to encourage even more students to cycle safely to and from school. Our Year 6 pupils fearlessly got onto their bikes to practise a number of core skills, including how to be alert at all times, turning safely, signalling, emergency stops and changing gears. We learnt all these skills on the school playground and then put these skills into practice safely on the local roads around our school. Well done Year 6 for learning new skills and for demonstrating marvellous resilience from start to finish.
