During Creative Writing Week PGP’s school hall slowly became flooded. After reading a text based on a similar dilemma, Flooded by Mariajo Ilustrajo, all year groups made predictions, gave suggestions and applied inference skills to solve the problem of the flood. Pupils applied their creative writing skills to produce a range of well-crafted text types, including persuasive letters and posters, diary entries, non-fiction reports, debates and inquiry reports. The flood slowly disappeared and the mysterious issue was solved by PGP’s pragmatic children. Well done everybody.
