Young Engineers

The Young Engineers LEGO® Challenge after-school club will run for ten weeks for Year 4, 5 and 6 children, covering ten engineering concepts and ten different models. The children will become a Young Engineer, discovering how things work by building motorised models out of LEGO® from our tailor-made Young Engineers’ kits. Each child will work with their own kit. Each 45-minute class begins with an introduction to a different STEM (science, technology, engineering, and maths) concept through demonstrations and stories. The children will implement the principle using original custom-designed motorised LEGO® models. Then they will play with and enhance the models using their imagination and what they have just learnt while having fun. The club runs from 4pm to 4.45pm and there will be a maximum of 16 children per group with two instructors.
