The Players

The Players is a drama club open to all Key Stage 2 children. We use a variety of games and activities to build on the children’s creativity and provide them with speaking and listening skills, confidence and an ability to work well in a team. The club creates a safe atmosphere where the children feel happy to explore outside of their comfort zone and enter a world of imagination. They will learn how to use their body and voice effectively as a performer and will experience the role of director, actor and audience. They will also discover how words, characters and events can be interpreted and will explore alternative ways to present a character or scene. The club aims to be lots of fun and a chance to take on new and exciting roles and challenges.
